Hello all,

I've recently encountered a problem whilst downloading songs.

Whenever I download a song I want, it'll download and complete, but when I go to listen to it, it re directs me to a page that says 'Error - The file was not found'

Now baring in mind this whilst using my Blackberry Curve 9300, I've never had this before, I use to download songs and there was never a problem at all.

I've searched through and through the forum regarding this topic or anything similar and not found anything.

If anyone can help it'd be much appreciated

Probably this is due to server overload. Refreshing the error page several times should help.

I've tried to do that just now, and still nothing

I've managed to get a screen shot of what happens when I try to download a song.

And also, I've just noticed is that when I go back to my downloads on my Blackberry, it said that the download has failed.

So it must of been doing that every time I've been trying to download a song, so it's not just a particular song or artist.
