Can never restrict myself to just 1 -an addiction!!

Three bought last month:
1. HELLO SAILOR -When your lights are out.
**One of the great New Zealand bands. This is a collection of 11 favourites they've laid down again recently.

2. PAUL WELLER -Illumination.
**I've followed Weller from The Jam to Style Council and now on his own. A great songwriter!

3. HUNTERS & COLLECTORS -Human Frailty.
**H&C are a quality Australian rock band. I just love the track 'Throw your arms around me'.

It's been a while, I mostly listen to and purchase records. I think the last cd I bought was the sound track to Into the Wild, it was amazing.

Portugal the Man - saw em in Chico with Minus the Bear. Great show - good music, I prefer "My Mind", "Shade" and "Dawn". I also recently got Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds - Live at radio city music hall. Excellent but not quite as good as live @ Luthor College. I love listening to dave talk almost as much as the songs.

Saw Pinback at the Fillmore in San Fran. Summer in Abaddon is excellent. They are good live too. You should check out Autumn of the Seraphs and Blue Screen of Life.

Talking Heads/Remain in light

"He imagined that this was the ability he shared
with most other people...They had also molded their
faces according to some ideal...Maybe they imagined
that their new face would better suit their personality
...Or maybe they imagined that their personality would
be forced to chang' to fit their new appearance...This
is why first impressions are often correct...Although
some people might have made mistakes...based on some childhish whim or momentary impulse..."(Seen & not seen)
